These terms are the agreement between you and Chronos. By using the service you agree to them, so they're worth a read.
These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of Chronos, available at trychronos.online and through Telegram and telephone. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use Chronos.
Chronos is a personal AI assistant that can chat with you, answer and place phone calls, manage your calendar, set reminders, take notes, and — on higher plans — handle documents, invoices, expenses and shared team workspaces. We're constantly improving the service and may add, change or remove features over time.
You're responsible for the activity that happens under your account and for keeping your access credentials secure. You must be at least 16 years old (or the age of digital consent in your country) to use Chronos, and you must provide accurate information when you sign up.
You agree not to use Chronos to:
We may suspend or limit accounts that breach these rules or that put the service or other users at risk.
When you ask Chronos to make or receive calls on your behalf, you're responsible for ensuring you have the right to do so and for complying with the call-recording and consent laws that apply where you and the other party are located. Chronos may inform callers that an automated assistant is handling the call where the law requires it.
Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or yearly basis through our payment provider. Prices are shown in euro and exclude any taxes that may apply. By subscribing, you authorise us to charge your chosen payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel.
Usage limits depend on your plan, as described on our pricing page. Unlimited plans are subject to a fair-use policy. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable, though we'll always try to do the right thing if something has genuinely gone wrong.
You can cancel at any time. Your plan stays active until the end of the current billing period, after which it won't renew. We don't charge cancellation fees and we won't hold your data hostage — you can export or delete it on your way out.
Chronos is powered by AI and, like all AI, it can occasionally be wrong, incomplete or unexpected. You should review anything important before relying on it. Chronos does not provide legal, medical, financial or other professional advice, and nothing it says should be treated as a substitute for a qualified professional.
The Chronos name, brand, software and website are owned by us and protected by intellectual-property laws. The content you provide remains yours — you simply grant us the permission needed to process it so the assistant can do its job.
The service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the maximum extent permitted by law, Chronos is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for any lost profits, data or opportunities arising from your use of the service. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't legally be limited.
You may stop using Chronos at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these terms, if required by law, or if we discontinue the service. On termination, your right to use Chronos ends and we'll handle your data in line with our Privacy Policy.
We may update these terms from time to time; if we make a material change, we'll give you reasonable notice. Your continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms. These terms are governed by the laws of the European Union and the country in which Chronos is established, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.
